Millions in Savings Expected from Montana Consolidation Effort

CIO Ron Baldwin talks about what he expects to gain from an executive branch consolidation now underway. By Noelle Knell, GovTech Editor / May 9, 2017

At the NASCIO Midyear conference in Virginia last month, we talked to many state CIOs who echoed the importance of the priorities that make up the organization's top 10 list for 2017. Both lists rank cybersecurity as job No. 1, with high marks for cloud, as well as budget and cost control.
