Adobe Enterprise Term Licensing Agreement

At the end of November, the Department of Administration entered into an enterprise agreement with Adobe® to allow State agencies unlimited access to Adobe's suite of desktop products. Service Catalog Upgrades

SITSD debuted an enhancement to the Service Catalog January 4, 2016. The new and improved service catalog began a multi-phased rollout. The initial upgrade includes the transition to a shopping cart style format. The web address is also changing and it can now be found at sitsdcatalog.mt.gov. The new catalog offers the ability to get estimates on services and save the estimates to a PDF which can be attached to a service request when an order is submitted through the Service Desk by creating a case. State of Montana Data Center Electrical Changes

Recent law changes will impact Data Center processes. OSHA and NFPA-70E laws have changed and a Data Center can no longer have an exception for performing live electrical work. When power is installed or removed, the main breaker must now be turned off for work to be performed. Montana recognized as national leader in transparency in government spending

A report released March 18 by the U.S. Public Interest Research Group (U.S. PIRG) heralds Montana as a national leader in providing transparency in government spending.
