Citrix Client/Receiver Installation

The links below are for the DOA SITSD supported Citrix Web Client and Receiver. Users need to have one of these installed to be able to access State of Montana Citrix applications. These packages are intended for use with the various versions of Microsoft Windows and integrate with Internet Explorer to allow access to the user's assigned applications within Citrix.

To successfully complete the installation, the person installing the client must have administrative permissions on the computer. If you are connecting to this web site via a dial-up connection, please download/save the file and install the client from a location on your computer. If you have a high speed connection, you may install the client directly from this link. Note: The Citrix Receiver will prompt you for a URL to the Application Store when you first try to access our Citrix gateway. Please just cancel or "X" out of the prompt because we are not currently using that functionality. Also, please be aware that this version of the Citrix Receiver is for non-RT versions of Windows 8/8.1. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 RT, you must download the Citrix Receiver that is available within the built-in "Store" application.

Other Citrix web clients: Web-based clients for other operating systems are unsupported by DOA SITSD but can be downloaded at Citrix's web page.
