OPENING A SERVICE REQUEST OR REPORTING AN INCIDENT

The SITSD Service Desk provides many Montana public employees and other customers with positive, courteous and professional contact to facilitate and resolve information technology (IT) incidents and problems, as well as order new services, by utilizing state IT resources.

  • Customers who are directly logged into the state network should open a service request or report an incident online at http://servicedesk.mt.gov or call 406-444-2000.
     
  • Customers who are not directly logged into the state's network can call 406-444-2000 or 800-628-4917 to open a service ticket, or use the online form below, which will generate a service ticket.  Employees who have MINE access through the Citrix Portal can also file a case ticket by selecting the "SITSD Service Desk" link located under the "IT" header on the main MINE webpage. 

The SITSD Service Desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Outside the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., standby support is available for critical problems by calling the above telephone numbers.
