State Agencies

- For a large cyber incident call the SITSD Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) (406-444-2000) within 24 hours of incident.
- Per 2-6-1504, Immediate Notification, MCA, upon discovery of a security incident, a state agency must immediately notify the state Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). In addition to calling the NOSC, please contact the State CISO at StateCISO@mt.gov.
Local Government

- For a large cyber incident in which the Local Government is on State Network (SummitNet), call the SITSD Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) (406-444-2000) within 24 hours of incident and notify the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
- For a small cyber incident (malware) or any other incident that does not involve Personally Identifiable Information (PII) call the affected agency ServiceDesk.
