Mission Statement: The mission of the Executive Services and Support Bureau is to provide excellent customer service to support the needs of the State CIO, SITSD, state agencies, and the citizens of Montana.
Major Functions: Administratively support the State CIO, SITSD, state agencies, and the citizens of Montana.
Mission Statement: The mission of the Contract and Asset Management Bureau in SITSD is to ensure all hardware, software, and IT services required by our clients are acquired in a timely manner, at the lowest possible total cost of ownership consistent with industry best practices, and account for software and hardware assets with inventory control.
Major Functions: Employees are responsible for: Software and Hardware Asset Management, Contract and Vendor Management, Policy Management, IT Procurement Request Management, and Acquisitions for both SITSD and the Enterprise.
Mission Statement: The mission of the Enterprise Support Bureau is to manage and monitor a secure and reliable environment for computing assets, and provide enterprise IT support and services that fulfills customers’ business needs.
Major Functions: Data Center Facilities, Desktop Services, Service Desk
Mission Statement: ETSB’s mission is to provide enterprise class platforms for compute, storage, and applications that are cost effective and scalable to further the state’s ability to serve the citizens of Montana.

Mission Statement: The Network Technology Services Bureau provides reliable, state-of-the-art, cost-effective, telecommunication systems and services supporting all branches of state government, political subdivisions and qualifying non-profits.
Major Functions: Voice, Video, Data, Security Solutions

Mission Statement: The mission of the Incident Response & Technical Security bureau is to identify threats to the State’s information assets, provide technical security expertise, respond to cybersecurity incidents, and perform digital forensic investigations.
Major Functions: Antivirus Administration, Compliance and Vulnerability Scanning, Continuous Security Monitoring, Digital Forensic Investigations, Incident Response, Offensive Security, Security Architecture, and Technical Security.
