VOICE MAIL TRAINING FOR STATE EMPLOYEES
State employees have one of two phones; either an Avaya Red phone or a Nortel/Avaya Blue Phone. For instructions on how to set up voice mail on either of these phones, see below.
Please note: you will need your voicemail password. If you do not know your voice mail password or if you have been given one that does not work, contact the SITSD Service Desk at 444-2000 or http://servicedesk.mt.gov .
You will also need to know which type of phone you have (Avaya Red or Nortel/Avaya Blue). If you do not know which type of phone is on your desk your telephone coordinator can assist you.
